Products

All the information provided on the Website or by the clinic staff, regarding the Product, including but not limited to, description, ingredients, usage instructions and any other related information, is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
All skin care, health, and wellness products sold by The Elixir Aesthetics Center whether on the website or in the clinic, are intended for external or internal use as directed on the product label.
They are made of high-quality ingredients and should be stored and used according to the instructions provided.
Any complaints or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or allergies that may occur as a result of using our products.
Due to the nature of our Product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used items, but we will do our best to provide a resolution in case of any defects or issues reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The Elixir Aesthetics Center shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Product, it is the customer's responsibility to use the product according to the instructions provided. By purchasing the Product, you agree to use it at your own risk.

Appointment and Cancellations

Appointments must be made in advance through the Website or by contacting our clinic. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
If you fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice, the appointment spot will automatically be given to another client.
If you arrive late for an appointment your next booking will be placed at the bottom of the queue, depending on the amount of people waiting for appointments. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, please note that this may result in a shortened or modified service.
If you wish to reschedule or book another appointment, it will be subject to availability.
We also accommodate walk-in clients, but please note that availability may be limited.

Services

The services provided in the clinic are performed by licensed and trained professional aestheticians and nurses.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
All treatments and services offered by the clinic are non-refundable, and any dissatisfaction with the results should be discussed with a member of our staff within 24 hours of the service being performed.

Promo Packages

The Elixir Aesthetics Center may offer various promotional packages and discounts from time to time. These promotions and discounts are subject to change and availability.
Promotional packages and discounts may or may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. This will be specified on each promotion or package.
Any package or promotion that includes multiple treatments or services must be used within the specified time frame, and any unused treatments or services will be forfeited.
However, there may also be treatments or services offered that do not have an expiration date, these will be specified on the package or promotion.
We reserve the right to change or modify the packages based on the client's needs or preferences, with prior notice.

Payments

Payment for all services and products must be made at the time of purchase or service and must be paid in full.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards as forms of payment.
If paying by credit or debit card, the cardholder's signature will be required as proof of authorization.
We do not accept personal checks as a form of payment.
Any discounts or promotional offers applied to the service or product must be presented at the time of purchase or service.
For any package or bundle, any missed or unused services will be forfeited depending on the service.
Some services have a specific time frame and must be used within that time frame, while others do not expire and can be consumed until the last session of the service. The specific terms and conditions of each package or bundle will be provided at the time of purchase or service.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before any additional services are rendered.
We do not charge additional fees for late or missed payments, but we will send text reminders for any missed or late payments.

Refunds and Returns

All sales of services and packages are final and non-refundable.
If a client is not satisfied with the results of a service, they should contact the clinic within 24 hours of the service being performed to discuss any concerns or options.
Clients may request to restructure their package or services of equal value, subject to availability and approval of the clinic management.
In the case of medical treatment, any adverse reactions or complications should be reported to the clinic immediately.
Refunds will not be issued for any services or packages that have been partially used or consumed.
Refunds for credit card purchases will be processed within 1 month from the date of the request.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

User Information

At The Elixir Aesthetics Center, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible experience, and that includes utilizing technology to improve our services. By creating a user profile, clients will have access to a digital record of their services, packages, and payment history, as well as the ability to set and confirm appointments. This will allow them to stay up to date with their treatment plan and make it easier for us to provide personalized and accurate service.

To access all our services, packages and payment history, clients are required to become a member of our clinic by creating a user profile.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user profile information and password, and for any and all activity that occurs under their account.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when creating their user profile and must update their information as needed to keep it accurate and complete.
Clients can only access their user profile through the Mobile device provided in our clinic and it's not accessible through the website.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a client's user profile for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the clinic management.
The clinic is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients' personal information. The clinic will only use client's personal information to provide the services they have requested and will not share or disclose their personal information to any third party without their express consent, unless required by law.
Clients can learn more about our data privacy policy by visiting our website. Our data privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect client's personal information.
Clients who have physical records (Index cards and Record books ) in the clinic before the implementation of the user profile system will be required to sign-up for a user profile through one of the mobile devices provided in the clinic.

Limitation of liability

The Elixir Aesthetics Center nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the website or any linked website, or from any information, services, or products provided on the website or linked website. This includes unauthorized access to or alteration of client's transmissions or data.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Elixir Aesthetics Center, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, clients' violation of these terms and conditions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
